• Created a digital synergistic road map for a leading UK brand to exploit their financial services division across all of their other non-financial services channels
   

• Defined the digital blueprint to create the first digital Bank for Africa on behalf of one of the largest pan-African banks
   

• Developed the innovative B2BControlCentre workflow software which then became the core platform for deployments in over 8 banks covering:

  • Collateral Management monitoring and task allocation

  • Agent Bank reconciliations

  • Risk and Control Architecture - including metrics / self assessments / audit points / incident reporting etc

• Defined and implemented full front-to-back eCommerce through accounting and logistics for BusterandPunch.com (Magento and Brightpearl) and CallyCo.com (BigCommerce) and for Krushr plc (BigCommerce and Brightpearl).

• Deployed complete front-to-back Manufacturing ERP system for the UK lifting equipment manufacturer, allowing 30% reduction in materials purchased, 14% increase in workforce efficiency.
   

• Defined and built the FOSS (Frankfurt Operations Settlement System) and latterly GOSS (Global) systems for a tier 1 investment bank in order that trading of equities and bonds could be supported in the European market within record time.
